This 2.5hr workshop is an introduction into mindfulness, the practice/process of helping you learn to live more in the present moment. This workshop will allow you to see what it’s all about before committing to our upcoming 6 week Mindfulness Course.
Why Mindfulness? Mindfulness can help with decreasing stress and psychological distress by relaxing, calming and empowering you to be more awake and aware and surrender to what is right now.
In this workshop learn the truths, myths and benefits of mindfulness. Receive guidance and support from our experienced meditation teacher Miranda. You will be guided through a short mindfulness meditation and finish with a sound bowl immersion with teacher Jade.
Miranda has a diploma in meditation teaching and yoga therapy. She has been qualified as a yoga therapist since 2013 and a meditation teacher since 2015.
